RETURN POLICY
For fresh flower deliveries we do not offer refunds, unless delayed or cancelled. However, if you are not happy with your delivery, please let us know and we can help resolve any problems. For packaged goods and products bought online, we offer a 7-day free returns policy. Please get in touch after purchase if you would like to return your item.
